Q: Do I have to go to the preferred shop recommended by my insurance company?

A: You have the right to have your car repaired at the shop of your choice. Arlington Collision is a direct repair facility for many major insurance companies and we will work with all insurance companies to help get your car repaired as soon as possible.

Q: Do you provide a rental vehicle?

A: In many situations, the insurance company will provide you with a rental car. Arlington Collision customers have the convenience of having a representative from Enterprise Rent-A-Car pick you up from our shop and take you back to their location and select your rental. WE also provide free shuttle to and from Pentagon Metro Station and the Shirlington Bus Station.

Q: How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

A: Vehicle repair time is determined by the complexity of the damages. Be assured that we will make every effort to repair your vehicle and get it back to you as soon as possible, but our main goals is to do a top quality repair.

Q: How do I know when my car will be ready?

A: When you schedule your repair, we will give you a tentative completion date. If there are any changes we will contact you. However, please feel free to call us for status updates at any time during your repair process.

Q: How can I pay for the repairs?

A: We accept Insurance checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and Certified or Cashier’s checks. Sorry we cannot accept personal checks or third party payments.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: With all of our repairs we offer a Life Time warranty for as long as you own your vehicle.
